About the event
The 'Splash of Hope' campaign beautifully combines art and philanthropy, embodying the mission of The Children's Society, which focuses on safeguarding abused or mentally challenged youth. The theme of love permeates the event, aiming to instill hope in these children's lives. Through artistic self-expression, participants discover the positive impact art has on mental health, an opportunity that adults often overlook amidst their busy lives.
The event reflects the core values of The Children's Society, emphasizing love and hope as its driving forces. Our team passionately advocates for the charity's message throughout the event, expressing heartfelt gratitude to participants for their contributions in aiding vulnerable children and bringing about profound change. Together with the participants, we strive to spread hope and happiness, making the world a better place through this meaningful event.
The
Children's Society
The Children’s Society was founded in 1881, dedicated to uplifting the lives of children and young people (The children’s society,2023). It aims to transform the hopes and happiness of young people facing abuse, exploitation and neglect. The charity strives to create a brighter future and keep every child away from harm. Some of the issues it works for are preventing child sexual exploitation, ending child poverty, supporting young carers and substance abuse. They believe in making a real difference to the lives of young people and children with 91% saying their lives improved after working with them (The children’s society,2023).
Team 36
Our team consists of 7 girls from the MSc marketing course. With this well-defined role allocation, our team can work efficiently and synergistically towards the success of our project. Each member can focus on their specific responsibilities, leveraging their skills and expertise to deliver a successful and impactful event.
